This time last year Kate was - to use her expression - "feeling a bit meh". She wasn't sure what direction her life was taking, she felt stuck in her life, her job and generally unfulfilled. The one thing that was giving her a sense of wellbeing, calm and hope was her yoga practice. Having looked at various courses online she decided to enroll on the yoga teacher training 200 hours course with Rachel Hanberry Yoga at Yoga Beach House.
